Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BankAgent website and services. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or 13 with parental consent) and a resident of India to use BankAgent.

2. Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
  • One account per person. Multiple accounts may be suspended.
  • You must provide accurate registration information.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • The Pro plan is billed at ₹299/month via Razorpay.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of a charge if no AI queries have been made in that billing period.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share account credentials or resell access to the platform.
  • Attempt to extract, scrape, or copy the question bank or AI-generated content at scale.
  • Use the Smart Tutor to generate content unrelated to banking exam preparation.
  • Submit abusive, illegal, or misleading content through any interface.
  • Reverse-engineer or probe the API beyond normal application use.

5. AI-Generated Content

Smart Tutor responses and current affairs summaries are auto-generated and may contain errors. Do not rely solely on tutor responses for exam preparation — always verify important facts from official sources (RBI, IBPS, SBI).

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, question explanations, and AI-generated study materials are owned by BankAgent or its licensors. You may use them for personal study only. Redistribution is prohibited.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page; this triggers deletion of your personal data within 30 days.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

BankAgent is an educational tool. We do not guarantee exam success or specific scores. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding a claim.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
